Raw Material Preparation

Each batch of raw materials undergoes strict inspection to check their specifications, performance, and quality to ensure they meet the precise requirements for wire harness manufacturing. Only the raw materials that pass the inspection can enter the next production stage.
Wire Processing
The wires are accurately measured and cut to the required length according to the design requirements. Professional cutting equipment is used to ensure that the cut ends are neat and burr-free, avoiding any impact on subsequent processing and use.
The ends of the wires are stripped. The stripping length is precisely controlled to ensure good electrical connections. During the stripping process, strict monitoring is carried out to prevent damage to the inner core of the wire, which could affect the conductivity.
Terminal Crimping
The processed wires are crimped with terminals. During the crimping process, the operation is carried out in strict accordance with the specified pressure and die parameters to ensure a tight and firm connection between the terminals and the wires, guaranteeing the stability of electrical transmission.
After crimping, a pull test is conducted on the terminals to verify the crimping quality. Only the terminal connections that pass the pull test can proceed to the next process, ensuring that each connection point can withstand the pulling force during normal use and prevent loosening or detachment.
Assembly and Wiring
The wires with crimped terminals are assembled according to the specific circuit design and layout. Workers strictly follow the wiring diagram to ensure the accuracy and standardization of the wire harness, avoiding crossed or chaotic wires that could affect signal transmission and safety.
During the assembly process, the position and connection of each wire are carefully checked to ensure they are completely consistent with the design requirements. At the same time, the wires are properly bundled and fixed to prevent displacement or damage caused by external forces during use.
Insulation Treatment
The assembled wire harness is insulated using insulating tape or heat-shrink tubing. The key parts and areas prone to interference are wrapped and protected to ensure good insulation performance of the wire harness and prevent safety hazards such as short circuits and leakage.
During the insulation treatment process, the wrapping quality and thickness of the insulating material are strictly controlled to ensure there is no omission or damage. Attention is also paid to the high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and other properties of the insulating material to adapt to different usage environments.
Quality Inspection
Professional testing equipment such as continuity testers and insulation resistance testers are used to conduct comprehensive electrical performance tests on the finished wire harness products. The conductivity of each wire is checked to ensure the circuit is unobstructed, and the insulation resistance is measured to ensure it meets the standard requirements.
The appearance of the wire harness is carefully inspected for any defects such as breakage, scratches, or deformation to ensure the product has a good appearance. Any problems found during the inspection are promptly marked and analyzed, and corresponding corrective measures are taken to ensure product quality.
Packaging and Shipment
The wire harness products that have passed strict inspection are carefully packaged. Appropriate packaging materials and methods, such as cartons and plastic bags, are selected according to the size, shape, and quantity of the products to ensure they are not damaged during transportation and storage.
Clear product information, including model, specification, quantity, production date, batch number, etc., is marked on the packaging for easy traceability and management. After packaging, the products are sorted and arranged according to the order requirements and are ready for shipment to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
